Is someone responsible for photos/videos ?
Will we publish or send the outcome afterward?

Have we identified clear next steps?
Have we scheduled a follow-up moment ?
Are we sending our outcome to decision-makers and the global campaign?
These key questions can help guide your action, both in preparation and in the post-event evaluation
Final Test
Before the event, ask:
Is the purpose clear and shared?
Are the right people in the room?
Is there a concrete outcome expected?
Do we know what happens next?
